A detox bath goes beyond soothing and relaxing; it’s a natural, gentle therapy that supports your body’s natural detoxification process. Fill your bath with hot water that you can comfortably soak in for 20-30 minutes; hot water causes your body to sweat, intensifying the detox.

Breathe deeply and submerge your body in the water, up to your neck. Your skin will begin to absorb magnesium and sulfate offered by Epsom salt, stimulating detoxification, circulation and relaxation. Bentonite clay works as a magnet to remove heavy metals and waste from the body while lowering pH levels. If you can’t fully submerge in your bath, get a small hand towl, soack it in the detox bath and lay it over your chest while soaking in the back. Keep splashing water over the towl.
